Lovely pre 1920s red brick building with rooftop access, private bath, communal kitchen and laundry. No pets. Elevator. Secure entrance. Day only businesses near by no noisy night venues in immediate area. Two blocks off Mission and Guerrero. Within four blocks of BART station. Safeway within walking distance. Relatively affordable for city area etc. Relatively safe neighborhood it is THE CITY.
