We have just moved in to our apartment, which we love. The communal areas are really clean and staff are friendly and helpful. We love the location too!

So far so good. There was no specific incident that gave me bad impressions yet. Just in general good neighbors and also Good location. The park is great to walk dog around

Staff turnover is high. Generally nice but not friendly. Overall I feel safe in the building even though visitors tailgate constantly. Fancy Coffee machines for residents produce disgusting watery coffee. Has occurred for over a year. They need a professional audit by the manufacturer. Limited noise from residents but neighborhood is very noisy.
