Park Broadway Apartments

I love living at Park Broadway. The front lobby is beautiful, secure, being indoor, but it opens up to a pretty courtyard, which makes it fresh and open. The gate to the private parking works, keeping car theft issues away. The apartment is beautiful with crown moldings, granite counters, fireplace, microwave and stove included, a working elevator, laundry room with 10 appliances,central air and heat, shower and tub enclosures to make cleaning easy, (most apartments have) a balcony, handy... trash chute on every floor so that I don't have to walk downstairs to the corner of the parking lot to empty trash. They put in faux wood floors and carpet in the bedroom for newer refurbished apartments. 3 ceiling fans, basically one per bedroom and one for the dining area. Nice!!
