I've lived in downtown San Jose for 17 years now, and 360 residences is by far the best building I have lived in. The units are spacious and modern, the property is well maintained, and the on-site staff (including front desk and maintenance) are friendly and helpful.
A little over a year ago, the building management company changed and the new company seems determined to drive this facility into the ground. The removal of on-site leasing staff, confusing and pointless parking audits, and a... strange focus on utilizing apartments as AirBnB's has me concerned for the future of the building.

We understand there is no leasing staff on site, however we do still... offer in person appointments should you need to speak to someone in person. Do not rent here
Do not rent here! I am currently trying to move out of this building, and it took me nearly a week to even get a hold of a person on the phone in order to do so. Once my move was confirmed I was then offered a spot in the moving elevator, which I confirmed only to learn two days before my move that it was never booked, and now the moving elevator has been fully booked and the on-site concierge who have no power over anything in the building cannot get a hold of anyone in the management. This... building is extremely poorly managed. Do not rent here there is no onsite management to help you.
