Stressful Apartment and poor maintenance! Don't choose this apartment.

I have been for more then 3 years.

When I moved here, at the first time, post couldn't be opened, because they gave us the wrong key.

We couldn't use post almost 1 month.Nest month, suddenly the internet was shout down.
However, the issue is old cable but they didn't check and told everything fine. No help.

We couldn't use internet 2 weeks or more......

There are also so many terrible daily troubles during living here.
often stop the water and they say it's not emergency, so we couldn't use... the kitchen more then 1 week.....

In the past, the maintenance stuff worked hard and they work weekend as well(Saturday, Sunday included).

However, now new most poor maintenance can't fix weekend and also holidays. So terrible!! Even though it is emergency case, they say "it's not emergency".

We need to wait at least more then 1 Week or 2 Week for work order. So bad maintenance!!!!!!!!!!!

The bath room is easy to get the mold, because of small window, but they say always it is your fault.

The mold is easy to grow up on the ceiling.
How can we clean the ceiling?

I have never lived such a terrible apartment!
I highly recommend you to not live this poor apartment.

Don't west money and have hard time.
