Affordable Housing that is Livable
This is affordable housing (between Section 8 and Retail). It comes with free wi-fi, laundry facilities, play ground on second floor to protect the kiddos, and a computer lab. They take great pride on keeping the areas clean. There is a common room and activities for the residents there. It is right across the street from the Gish light rail station, and above a 7-11 and hair/nail salon. There is secure garage parking as well as a few spots in the 7-11 parking garage.
Downside: There... are a lot of loitering and public nuisances (urinating, begging, etc). The apartments are allowing the residents to work with 7-11 to get security for the area to eliminate this. Class action suit may be needed.
