The office staff is rude and unprofessional. They will without warning give sudden demands for fees and payments without explanation or sometimes when it was their failure for never warning you that something was required. But once they think you need to pay they will make no compromise even if it’s their mistake that made it necessary.

I been here for some years..Rent use to be a great price here ..especially to live in San jose . 1 bedroom $807 now rent has jump up to 1,035 a month now. I can't afford to stay here. I'm wasting money , I could own a House if I'm playing that a month. There is no Clubhouse, Fitness Center anymore they closed all that up a long time ago. They do have a nice pool, but thats it . Laundry is always pack so best time to wash is when people are at work are late late night. Walls are very thin , you... can hear when some people cut on the water and flush the toilet, and close the door. Parking garage is horribly made. Its always full and someone car is always getting broken into. Some people take up more than one parking spot. They hardly have security patrolling the garage . Only plus to staying here is that rent WAS cheap , water ,sewer, and trash is paid for ,and you are close to all the stores especially Walmart and Costco and even the DMV. New management is nosey in my opinion. Read More
