Excited to move in. I have always wanted to live in Santana Row and I am excited for the experience. I am surprised at how much is unseen in the background, and I am looking forward to increasing my social life around the events and restaurants.

The move in is pretty smooth, but the floor is really dirty when move in, some of the painting is not even dry, the maintenance response really fast and the pool is really nice, the elevator on the load dock of fogo dechao sometimes not working

Regarding the elevator near the Fogo de Chão loading dock, we’re aware of the issue and are actively working with our service provider to ensure more consistent functionality.

From the moment I came to view the apartment in Santana Heights, I’ve been pleasantly impressed with management and staff review of any items needed for the apartment. The apartment was beautifully renovated and the few items that needed tweaking were taken care of the first month with the help of the leasing office. I’m very happy to have moved to this community.

It's nice living here. It's quiet, great pool and gym. Love that cafes and restaurants are right below. Parking is a little annoying when it's crowded, but other than that it's good.
