This apartment complex has been a constant disappointment from day one. Management is unresponsive and dismissive, only replying when rent is due and ignoring maintenance requests for weeks or months. Repairs, when they finally happen, are rushed and poorly done, leaving the same issues to resurface again and again. The buildings are poorly maintained, with frequent plumbing problems, broken amenities, and common areas that are rarely cleaned. Noise is a major issue—thin walls make it impossible... to sleep or relax, and complaints go nowhere. Parking is a nightmare, with too few spaces and confusing rules that are enforced inconsistently. For the price, the quality is unacceptable, and the promises made during the leasing process feel misleading at best. This place prioritizes profit over residents’ well-being, and it shows in every interaction. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere unless you enjoy stress, inconvenience, and feeling ignored.

Not the best place to rent especially given they just raised the rent with the same reoccurring issues. Elevators work here and there. Alarms go off for no reason. People smoking and playing loud music till 11 to 12 at night. The whole concept of them advertising luxury living is so not true. There’s always some maintenance issue where they come into your home to fix this and check that. I mean an annual thing is fine but every month it’s to check fire alarms, garage doors, unnecessary plumbing.... I mean even on your days off maintenance comes in to bother you to check absolutely nothing that needs to be fixed.
