The Redwoods at North Park

This place is noisy and has very poor drivers, but in terms of faculty and upkeep they do a stellar job. Although we made a few requests for maintenance in our home, no one showed up. But other than that we had an ok time for the most part. During move in there was a minor patch on the flooring and we were assured it was not an issue. Then when moving out we were told since there was no proof we did not cause the issue (although they also provided no proof that we caused it either) we would have... to pay over 1000 dollars upon move out to get it replaced. Currently reside in The Redwoods and so far my experience living here is excellent! Many perks like indoor basketball gym, fitness center, park, and weekend activities makes my stay enjoyable. Highly recommend!

North Park Apartments in San Jose, CA is a very tidy and well-managed complex. The photos online are what you'll see in person, unlike most apartments in the area. Moitozo Park in the center of the complex is a wonderful place to meet you neighbors. From the dog meetings every day after work to "Food Truck Sundays," this public park is an underestimated bonus feature. The grounds are beautiful and after 1 1/2 years here, my fiance, Labrador Retriever, and I are still exploring all it has to... offer. Seriously, this place is so well-kept by the crew! Rent is outrageous, like anywhere in the Bay Area, however, North Park does offer "moderate income/below market rate" apartments. This is not advertised online, call and ask, or check Craigslist.
