Participating residents may receive reward points in exchange for posting a review during their lease term, regardless of the nature of the review.Everything here is great except for the homeless living outside of the back gate, the upstairs neighbor that's very loud and constantly dropping things in our patio, and the roaches that run around outside at night towards the bushes near the parking lot when I'm taking out the trash.
