    Money grubbing owners

    Building very old, no cable in the bedrooms, definitely not worth the money. Wash rooms always dirty washing, machines always broken. Always garbage at back gate, rent constantly going up. Owner tells you rent is going up but refuses to tell you how much. Money matters more then tenants here.
