Good apartment, but serious problems with mold and heating
The property managers are nice, they will respond to your requests quickly, and for the price, it's a good place to stay, very close to downtown San Leandro.
However there is something wrong with the apartment's ability to withstand the rain. From the floor level, leaks come through the floor, and a persistent black mold covers everything. Disgusting.
Also, the heat is broken every other week. Also, no warm showers. Sorry!
