I moved to Overture San Marcos in Feb 2016. That next year, I went back to visit
my family, I ended up staying a month. It was so cold there, I thought wow, I made a great move. When I returned home, the hallways were upgraded and renovations were almost done. We also received a new name Overture San Marcos! Wow what a change. Since that time each year improvements and upgrades have been made within and through out the Community. I enjoy living in Overture San Marcos.

This year the office staff have been a resident and I only think about moving, but always decide not to move. We have a great group of great customer service and have wonderful community events.

We have a wonderful office and maintenance staff. The people living here are very friendly. The building has been refurbished. It is obvious that Greystar maintains its properties very well.
