36th Avenue Apartments

We stayed at 36th Ave apartments for almost 1.5 years. It's 5 mins walk from caltrain station and also 5 mins walk from Hillsdale Shopping Center. You could visit nearby lakes, sea shore, mountains withing 10-15 mins from this place. I felt the nearby apartment area was totally safe. Apartment Manager Linda and Kevin are really responsive and addresses your queries promptly. I've been living here for about 7 years and i love our apartment building. Located in between 2 major freeways- access could never be easier. A short walk to the train station makes commuting a breeze and a 3 minute walk to the mall, grocery stores and delicious restaurants makes you never need to waste gas again! save it for more fun days like driving to the beaches at half moon bay -which is about a 20 minute drive West. Or just leave your car parked in the secured gated locked building while... you stroll the family friendly neighborhood. Feel safe in a locked building with intercom system, guests simply hit the buzzer, you can check who it is and buzz them right up. Enjoy a swim in the well maintained pool area, where you can relax and swim on these sunny Peninsula days.
