The location and floorplans are great, which is why I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1. Unfortunately, almost everything else has declined since I moved in.
The amenities are outdated, the property still uses an inefficient boiler hot water system, and package room and vehicle break-ins have become recurring issues. Deliveries are also difficult because of ongoing gate and access problems.
Billing is another major issue. Management uses multiple resident-facing platforms that often show different... charges and balances. Errors are corrected only in internal ledgers residents cannot access, making accurate recordkeeping difficult.
Communication has also declined. Residents do not always receive proper notice about service interruptions, fee changes, policy changes, or community matters. Questions are often met with deflection instead of clear answers.
In less than four years, this property has gone through five managers and multiple leasing teams. The constant turnover shows.

Thank you for reaching out. The location is perfect! Since a resident chose to break into the package room, we have since changed the lock etc. I have not heard of a break in since Jan, please let me know if you are having issues in that area. Same... with the gate in building 2205, a resident hit it with their car, during that time we hired standing security patrol until the new gate was fabricated and installed. We have been sending out emails very often to keep all informed of inspections, policies that are now being enfaced, events etc. A new manager was brought on in Nov 2025, there will now be consistency, and all policies are finally getting enforced. I'm happy you have renewed for so many years, you clearly love living at Bridgepointe and we hope that continues.
