I signed my lease in March 2023 and believed I had renewed it in 2024. Without explanation, I was placed on a month-to-month plan. In April 2025, I noticed no renewal notice had been sent, so I visited the leasing office and was told no action was needed. Later, I found a 12-month renewal notice on my door, ending in July—peak rental season. I requested an 8-month lease to match my previous March end date. I followed every instruction, submitted all documents, and communicated promptly. Despite... this, I received no timely responses, and my request was denied without reason. I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of transparency, professionalism, and respect shown throughout this process. As a responsible tenant, I expected better. This experience has left me feeling disregarded and frustrated.
