Great location
We have lived here going on 4 years now and needless to say we love it. It’s centrally located with easy access to 101, Caltrain as well as Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s and Hillsdale.
It’s a quiet community even with Caltrain running close by. The property manager, Emal is responsive and extremely personable. He’s always around the complex cleaning up and talking with everyone. It’s nice to come home to and be apart of such a friendly and safe community!

Great apartments
We've lived here for going on 3 years and we aren't even close to being the longest residents here. That speaks volumes about how great this place it. I almost feel bad reviewing it here and spilling the secret about this hidden gem.

Great family area at Laurel place
Hi, we have been at Laurel Place going on 4 months now and it is a really great spot. Schools are close by, parks are close so the kids can have fun, and not on video games all the time. Very quiet even when the train goes by I barely hear it. Emal has been very helpful and answers every questions I might have. Having him around making sure the place is clean, and organized makes it nice to come home too. Overall it's been a wonderful experience.
