There is a BBQ area to be shared as well. We are a semi-retired professional couple in our late 50's. respectful, quiet and looking for the same -someone respectful and kind. The unit is filled with character and fine furnishings. It is being rented furnished only. Everything you need is here for your comfort and convenience. The kitchenette is fully stocked with a top of the line gas stove. This lovely place is suited for one only please. No pets allowed as we have a sweet Maltese doggy on property. She will be kept out of your space if desired and she is a loving sweet (not yappy) good little girl. We have central heat and air conditioning.
