Company is a rip off
They make you give a 60 day notice. They have changed Managers at least 3 times in the past year. Non-Responsive to maintenance requests. Very small and the walls are super thin. Can hear everything going on next door.

Pleasant Tucked Away and Hidden Gem Community
The community is tucked away right near McInnis Park and golfing at McInnis Park is easy. I also enjoy that there is a dog park at the McInnis Park. The apartment are updated with a classic flare instead of the industrial look some apartments are now going for. I enjoy that the community has its own street and walking my dog around the community is easy. It feels like the country side but it's only a mile away from CA-State 101. The maintenance team is responsive and handles my requests... with care and proper attention. I enjoyed that they recently replaced my water heater, even though it was still functional. I believe shows the owner's prospective view and care for the residents enjoyment of their apartments. Thank you for providing a good product at what to me is a reasonable price in Marin, where prices of rent continue to increase.
