Beautiful Apartments !!!! Everything is excellent, extremely clean apartments. They’re I like brand new, large double pane windows, new appliances, elevators, safety, and security is fantastic. Step out to downtown San Rafael with all the restaurants, bars, shops and at least 5 grocery stores nearby. all. You’re 4 blocks from the 101 freeway. Security and safety is excellent in the 3 level parking garages with plenty of parking. 24 hour large new gym and all of your delivery packages are safe... and secure behind the main gate that you need a fob to open it up which is very important these days. Super quiet and peaceful, and the management and maintenance teams are extremely professional and take care of any problems, situations that arise as fast as possible. I’ve lived here for years now and love it. I can’t even think about wanting to move any other place as it’s in the middle of everything going on as you’re in Central San Rafael and in Central Marin. The best location ??.

Repair Request The bathroom sink was not draining. Roger and his worker came to the apartment right after I sent a maintenance request. The drain problem was taken care of quick and fast while being very professional. Extremely satisfied and that’s how the tenants are taken care of for all their maintenance needs or issues. ??

Loving living at San Rafael Town Center I am so appreciate that I have the opportunity to live in a well kept, pleasant, and excellent managed apartment complex. Management works sufficiently to make feel welcomed and does a great job at attending to my apartment services request very quickly. The the tenants who live here are very respectful of each other and the building is kept very clean. I love waking up here because the neighborhood is also a wonderful place to live.
