Never a break

Towing policy here is very bad. I am cuurently a resident here . My car got repaired and gave it for servicing , my parking sticker was in my car at servicing center and i had to rent a car over night and it was towed without any notice. When i asked about this in leasing office the reponse was so casual and was told it was part of aggrement . I have lost 330$ over night being a legal resident of the apartment.
This incident happened on a weeknd and the leasing office was closed how can they... expect me to get a temporary parking permit for my rental car ? I had to wait for next day morning and in the while mean the car was towed around 3 am in the morning. I am really upset with this . Read More

Community looks clean as the leaf blowers and mowers are on duty everyday, no gym or other amenities. Almost no storage space at all apart from coat closet and couple of shelves. Interior is really dated( 70s maybe) and closet doors, stove unit and compartment keeps falling apart( which is highly frustrating) no carpet replacement if the lease is transferred ( we had lease for 5-6 years they didn’t replace the carpet) AC broke several times they fixed it but broke again, technician mentioned he... had to replace the swing and he never showed up again. I had to take out time to write my bad experience. This should not go un noticed.

Most unprofessional people are in the leasing office. They take the total deposit that you have to paint the whole unit. I had stayed for 2 years and after leaving the place, they charged 943$ for the painting of the unit/cleaning etc. Will never recommend this place to anyone. If you do not care about the deposit, it's ok. I kept the unit very neat and clean, no scratch / no sign of wear and tear, still they... charge this amount.

I usually don't write reviews but taking my effort to write this time. These guys are highly unprofessional I called them for a studio apartment for six months lease, they agreed and asked me to send application fees including security deposit $700. Since I live in another state, they asked me to send a photo of the security deposit check together with the required documents, and I sent all the documents immediately. They assured me that the place is blocked for me and they will send the... paperwork to me. But after 5 hours they call me again and say that they are not offering the six months lease anymore, and Since I have not signed the contract they are canceling it. This was done in spite of me asking them at-least four times that I needed only for six months lease. I guess that they got someone with a better deal after they confirmed the deal with me, but this is highly unprofessional wasting my one day and money. I don't know if they are going to return my application fees ($45x2) and security deposit check ($700) which I sent to them. Read More
