Our washing machine never worked properly, and never got fixed.

Nightmare
Be aware of this place, horrible management, overwhelmed maintenance crew (1 person actually for the whole building), and a crazy expensive place for a dollhouse. 1 bike got stolen inside the building, and the second one with a recent attempt. Our washing machine never worked properly, and never got fixed.

Poor management
I have lived on the 6th floor in a penthouse for 2years, in that time the manager changed twice and service has dropped. Homeless sleeping in stairways, and urinating in front of building, 6th floor hallway often wreaks of garbage from the garbage drop. 2nd floor has section 8 that was not disclosed prior to my moving in. Apartment isn’t bad but they seem to cater towards the college kids whose overseas parents pay the tab. I expect better treatment when I pay top dollar.
