    Nice place to live!

    I’ve been having a very positive experience living at Cypress Point. The grounds are beautiful and well-kept, and the community is quiet and peaceful. The location is also fantastic - it’s a quick walk to the beach and the Boardwalk, and being right next to Neary Lagoon, with all of its wildlife, is really special. It’s also very pet-friendly, and I love walking my dogs around the property and the surrounding neighborhood. I also love hearing the kids having fun in the pool - it gives the… community a nice, happy feel.

    The leasing office has been very receptive, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. There was a small miscommunication when I first moved in, but it was resolved very satisfactorily. I also appreciate that if there is ever a noise issue, management addresses it quickly and enforces the community rules.

    One thing I’d love to see in the future is bike racks, since quite a few residents have to store bikes on their balconies. Overall, though, I’m very happy living here. It’s a lovely, peaceful place in a really great location.
