Do not apply to live here. The apartments shown are different from what you get. My lease was nulled due to errors on their end. Turns out part of the building is not even under the same management. My lease and apartment included washer/dryer which was an “error” and the manager was extremely unprofessional and rude. Such a shocking experience and treated so rudely. Management was argumentative and not willingly to problem solve. The written errors in the lease were blamed at me not their end—... how? Appalled.

The issue related to the electricity meter is, unfortunately, tied to a City-level... matter that is beyond our direct control. That said, our team has been actively working with the appropriate agencies to resolve it as quickly as possible. We understand how frustrating this situation can be and made every effort to offer timely and suitable alternatives, including other available units at the same rate.
While we did our best to accommodate and retain the scheduled move-in, we understand there was disappointment. Please know our management team was focused on finding solutions and offered multiple options in good faith.
We always aim to treat prospective and current residents with respect and professionalism. We’re sorry to hear that your experience felt otherwise and will take your feedback seriously as part of our ongoing efforts to improve communication and service.
