Great location
This building is located directly next door to the junior college, making it ideal for students. Grocery stores, video stores, thrift stores, banks, and many other things are within walking distance.
The architect may have been a student as well, as there are some peculiar features such as a water heater built into a closet. This doesn't ruin the charm or comfort of the apartment for me, but whoever lives in that room seems to move out after about a year or so: this is also largely related to... the fact that the location attracts people who are students, or otherwise at unsettled points in their lives.
Parking is terrible, but there is a garage associated with the unit: it's just that ideally, each unit would only have one associated car, which so far has not been true with my co-tenants.
Management responds to problems quickly and efficiently.
