Jack London Townhouse Apartment
The apartments are well maintained, as are the grounds. There is ample parking for residents and street parking for guest. The pool and picnic area are clean and inviting. The laundry rooms are clean and safe and the cost for use of the washers and dryers is low and the machines are clean and maintained regularly. These apartments are good for families as they are situated across from an elementary school. There is public transportation within a single block. There is a gas station within a... few blocks as well as a shopping center with a grocery store.

Units are older, needs updated plumbing, electrical and appliances. Plumbing fixtures are outdated and useless.
Convenient location, bus stop and across from a school.
Bedrooms are huge for a rental.
Managers are great.
