The location is charming and seclude but centrally located. A big park across the street with a fenced dog park constantly being improved by the city. Taylor mountain and a big shopping center both within 5 minutes of the community.

The apartments and townhomes are well kept, very minor fixes infrequently. The location is very convenient, lots of good shopping locations nearby. Some of the residents don't clean up after themselves, there always seems to be trash and toys in common areas, but office tries to stay on top of it.

I like living here. Everyone is friendly. Things brake down but it is an old apartment so it is understandable. For the most part thing are fixed in a timely manner
