terrible.

Neighbors are nosey. You try and keep to yourself but gossip and drama are lurking right around the corner. Management is ok, and the property is maintained well. Just the neighbors make things pretty tough to live with.

clean and affordable

These apartments are very nice. The management and mantience are very attentive and involved. The building was built two years ago so they are pretty modern and clean compared to what you see in other apartments around here. The only downsides are that there isn't much room for storage aside from the bedroom closets, there are not washer and dryers in the unit and parking isn't assigned so sometimes you have to park further away from your unit. All things considered this is a very nice place for... families.
