The maintenance crew here are wonderful. They are prompt, solve issues quickly and efficiently, and are all extremely skilled and knowledgeable in all areas of repair. They are always respectful and kind, and patient with my boys (which is a big deal to me and other moms), because kid’s curiosity and questions aren’t exactly helpful to men who are working, lol. I also appreciate the time they take to answer my questions and provide education, especially considering how busy they are maintaining... such a huge complex. 5 stars, definitely ?? ?? ?? ?? ??

I’ve been here for a few days now and everyone is so kind and helpful. So far my apartment is nice and everything works perfectly. I can also barely here the trains which is very nice.

Not much improvement, I still don't like how the new management conduct themselves and their operations. They seem sleepy like crazy and enjoy cutting corners wherever they can. They've performed two annual smoke alarm checks and it's not even October yet.
