I like the apartments, my kitchen is very nice, and the area is lovely. Rent is very expensive though, and the utilities are through the roof.

While the property is very nice and the location is fantastic, the maintenance team who fulfill requests really just run me the wrong way. I’ve had them come check out a couple of things like our bathroom vent not working a month into moving in, gas smells coming from the off stove, and our washing machine leaking oil all over our clothes. Gas issue was closed with no notes or update, washing machine issue we were sternly told off about and I mean like we were children. They fixed the vent but… it just started breaking down again.

They treat your apartment like their property as well when it comes to fire alarm inspections and don’t communicate with you AT ALL during it.

Management has been amazing answering any questions or concerns I might have in a timely manner. We have plenty of parking spaces for guest overall it’s pretty quite yes of course you hear the train you should already know that since it’s right there but it doesn’t bother me at all when and if I hear it
