Still a great place to live! Maintenance is quick, management is accommodating and nice. I miss all the resident activities, though. I hope those return soon!

Great place to live. New mgt has been good so far with no issues. The staff is always friendly, helpful, prompt with any repairs, and yearly renewal is quick and easy.

People downstairs smoke pot all day. The smoke is coming through the vents and my children are inhaling that. Management is constantly wanting to come in my apartment while my children are home alone. I have a 16 year old and a 4 1/2 year old. Their excuse is that they need to check smoke detectors but I recently moved in. Why were these not checked prior to me moving in? Management is rude when I call too.

Place is nice! But the management is very hard to get a hold of. The area is situated well. There is a park, Smart and Final, and other place near by.
