You don't get what you pay for
If you want to live in this OLD and CHEAP apartment for the short term, it might be okay for you. If you plan to live longer, it's better for you to look for the other apartments even though it's $100 or a little higher. The landlord keeps raising the rent and the property management SUCKS!!! When you request the minor maintenance a few times, the property manager tell you "You're complaining too much, get the heck out from this apartment". You get break-in to your storage immediately when you... move in, and also there is NO security camera working in this bad neighborhood. I warn you...

Can't get any souther than south city.
It has been a really good time as a tenant. The owners are it so easily reachable but the super intendant Alex is one of the best you can meet. Everyone is a good neighbor and most welcome I ever felt in the bay. Great location near all sport facilities and schools. It's south city and you can't get any souther then south city. Mind the breeze;)
