I have stayed in Stockton for several years. Have been changing apartment due to drug and cleanliness. All the properties I have stayed in this property has changed my mind how organized and clean this place is. Very flexible maintenance team. Elevator on the property. Gates always secured. New management has done amazing job.

I would have to say this place is not a good place at all. It has roaches and rats. you can't get in contact with the owners or property manager. if you want a rental history they won't give it to you or other agents. it's just bad business to rent here.

The property isn't safe, gates malfunction all thee time. Drug dealers& addicts are all over. There was a murder on the property where I normally parked my car. There's no security. The management doesn't care about the tenants. When I finally was able to lead they kept my deposit and try to charge me for issues that were there when I first moved in.
