Poor Management
I lived at Delta View for 1 year. During that year I had Roaches, Spiders, Water Bugs that looks like Roaches, rats running around outside the balcony to the outside storage closet. Management is horrible. My apartment had to be treated for mold because I had a ceiling leak in my living room, mold around the kitchen and bedroom windows, the bathroom tile had to be regrouted because it had mold previously before I moved in. They had no apartment for me to view the inside before I signed the lease... and moved in. Homeless people live behind the apartments. There was break-ins while living there. If you're looking for a clean safe environment DELTA VIEW APARTMENTS is not it. Old appliances Stove, Kitchen Sink, outdated bathroom.
