Awesome location for walkers, nice neighbors
I love taking walks in this neighborhood. The residential streets are super safe and are lined with beautiful gardens. As someone with no car, I also appreciate how close it is to shops and good restaurants. The property itself is great too, and my neighbors in the condo are nice and respectful.

You could hear everything from your neighbour units in nights, in proper sealing between walls.
I am not sure if these units are million dollar condos. There are many drawbacks with these units.
1. Kitchen they don't have exhausters, air circulates inside your home. Winter is horrible to live.
2. Improper sealing between units. You could hear lot of non sense in the nights from your neighbor units.
3. Outsiders has easy access to your Garage, so anything you keep in covered parking is on your own risk.
