Property Manager Hi, I am a fairly new 15 month resident here at Park Mary. I want to mention how wonderful it is to have Sunita right here on the property. She is wonderful! She takes care of every request and does so quickly and professionally. Thanks to Sunita, I feel very safe and welcome here. I love coming home. ??

I lived here for almost 2 years. Walls are paper thin - you hear EVERYTHING!! You may be lucky if your neighbor doesn't have a small kid, cold (because you hear them coughing, sneezing, ..!), or party lifestyle. There are never any guest parking spots, so anyone visiting has to park across the street in the neighborhood. Best thing is that you will never see your deposit - I hired a professional (paid over $500) company that spent over 4+ hours cleaning the apartment (including steam cleaning... the carpets) as that was asked upon departure. When I was leaving - the manger was surprised I did it, asked me for receipts which I provided. To my surprise, they still deducted money from the deposit - first they claimed I didn't send them receipts, only emails showing I booked the services. So I provided full statement from the company listed what was done and how much I paid. Still I had to provide my bank statement showing I really paid for it. Then they said they need to talk to their own cleaning crew about it.. Lastly they claim additional cleaning was needed. They also charged me for painting and other things.
