Avoid for the next 6 to 12 months
The Grove is a nice apartment but right now complete renovation is going on, has been going on for the past one year. All the facilities - gym, pool are closed and have been closed for the past 5 months. They are running behind their scheduled completion of the renovation. With the loud noise its tough to stay at home. Even though we asked about the completion of the renovations before moving to the apartment, we have been misinformed. Please add in a buffer of 7-8 months to what the front... office says.
