Excellent experience in furnished rental
We stayed in a furnished corporate rental at The Meadows for 6 months. It was a nice two bedroom apartment, in good condition, comfortable, and well furnished, including a well supplied kitchen. The staff was very friendly and responsive to our questions and needs. Neighbors were friendly. No noise issues. We felt secure. Ample covered parking. Convenient to Tehachapi stores and restaurants. We would not hesitate to return here in the future and recommend it.

It's gone downhill with new management.
This was once a beautiful and comfortable place to call home. There must have been a change in ownership because ALL of the original staff are gone. The grounds are not kept. The grass areas look like a dandelion farm and the front hedges have not been trimmed at all. The walkways are not cleared when it snows and only a minimal sprinkling of salt at best. Writing this on April 7, 2016, a tenant still has red Christmas lights up. Good luck ever seeing the manager or maintenance people. ...
There use to be care and pride associated with this complex. We will be leaving as soon as our lease is up.
