I leased an apartment here for just over two years. I’ve lived in multiple apartments in San Diego and Denver, and can honestly say this was the best experience I’ve had from top to bottom with an apartment. From day one, Crystal the leasing agent was thorough and extremely helpful when touring and going through the lease process once I decided on moving here. Rosie the property manager is friendly and helpful just like her entire team is! The Maintenance staff was always quick to respond to any... needs…over the two years I had small issues like the water heater not getting very hot which was fixed in a day, or the dishwasher latch not closing which was fixed right away. Due to the property design and location, this place is quiet, neighbors were friendly with minimal noise. This place is dog friendly, peaceful, and a place you can call home. This has to be the all time greatest experience of you are looking my to rent. Whether you’re between homes or long term leasing these spacious beauties have features that usually end up disappointing renters, like tiny kitchens and janky layouts. Not Rendezvous! The kitchen space with island counter and storage is bigger than the 5 bed house I move from and the space feels more open. Natural lighting everywhere and because they built on top of the hill, the breeze is so nice during these summer... months! I was in need of a place in a rush, with two kids and no time to waste…every other apartment build was more stressful and difficult compared to helpful and welcoming. Then I met Crystal :) she’s an incredible human being. She could tell I was ready to write the check but organizing all the paperwork and whatnot was probably making me look like a 15 year old boy with ADHD. Crystal went so above and beyond to patiently guide and assist with the process, all the while very meticulously explaining the process and allowing me to make a decision that felt right not rushed. I can’t tell you how drastically different the experience working with Crystal was compared to competitive apartments in the area where I felt pressured or ignored. She even showed the unit 2 or 3 times to my kids to help me ease them into the transition as the move was stressful for the little ones. She’s one of a kind…fingers crossed she’s single. What a captivating community!! I visited Rendezvous last week & placed a hold on a 3-bedroom apartment home to move into by the 1st of December. I promptly completed the application that was emailed to me & submitted all of the income documentation that was requested. I was approved within 3 days & I can't wait to move in! The community is beautiful & full of all of the amenities I know I will use. In my new apartment, I'm excited about the huge balcony, the open kitchen with the island & the... all-faux wood flooring!
