BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!! If you have children do not move here! There is a big safety problem here and after reviewing the lease they even ensure to cover themselves by saying they cannot ensure safety! There is a vicious pit bull who lives here and runs around attacking other dogs and people. I have video evidence and even brought it to the leasing offices attention and still the dog was not removed. There is a big drug problem causing lots of foot traffic. There is also a big problem with… people getting belligerent drunk in the parking lot and pulling out there private parts to urinate as well as puking on the ground. They refused to let me see the apartment before I signed all the paperwork once the lease was signed that’s when I was allowed to look at the apartment that I was about to rent they slap some lipstick on the pig and called her today since then the property manager has threatened us multiple times and try to strong-arm us into doing ridiculous tasks like renewing our renters insurance a month early renters insurance renews automatically . Ive been living here for eight months now, and all I have to say this is the most terrible complex I’ve ever lived in. Took them seven months to replace my oven. Now they won’t replace my air conditioner.
