Its nice here alot of different floor plans w/d and garage options and 1 dollar laundry facilities nd patios with storge areas .

Don't trust the picture on this site, either they are very old or very photo shopped because this apartment complex doesn't look like that anymore. The outside is really run down and dirty. The pools railings are all decayed, there are holes in all the tennis/basketball court fences. Cracks in the buildings outside plaster, paint peeling off the woodwork. And when it rains a bunch of orange dust comes off the roofing and ends up all over anything you have outside on your balcony. My balcony… railing is pretty bad, you can give it a good shake and it doesn't hold firm at all. but if your a new moving in they have been replacing the railing so you'll be good. As for the neighbors, it's ethnically pretty diverse and most of them keep to themselves, and there have only been two wild outside parties/cuss offs since we moved here a little over a year ago. The smoking is pretty bad though, they are always people wandering around smoking even in the Non -smoking sections. No one follows the rules, plain and simple. It's a cat only complex but there are a bunch of people with dogs. If your Handicap you'll never get the parking spot cause people just use it as a regular spot. which is understandable because parking is really bad. If you come home late don't expect to have an easy time finding a spot. People are forever digging through the trash, throwing there trash over the fence instead of walking two steps to the trash can. As for the inside of the apartments they are surprisingly nice. The upstairs units have huge vaulted ceilings which make the apartment feel huge! The cabinets are a little rough but they work fine, the kitchen has a nice layout and the master bathroom is a nice size. The bathtubs aren't tile but one whole piece which makes cleaning them pretty easy and I've yet to get mold. The bedrooms are big, with good size windows but they don't usually replace the blinds, and the blinds need it. The Carpet was new when we moved in and whoever put it in did a bad job around the door ways because we're still stepping on staple occasionally which hurts. I've never had bug problems though, no Ants, no Cockroaches! It's also a great location only like a 5 minute walk away from Target/Vons/Starbucks/etc and only about 30 minutes away from the promenade mall. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The complex is older and doesn't look very clean. But location is very good. Prices are great also, and was told by another community that the sizes were very roomy, They don't have a model, therefore, you can't physically see what you will get. We decided on another complex that had washer and dryer in unit.
