It is very run down, we moved in we did not get a new paint or carpet, there are people that part there car in handicap parking and never move there car, they think it belongs to them, in fact it belongs to the State of California, our plants died we were told 5 years ago we weren't allowed, now we are. The manager they have now does not live on premises and she is very rude.
