Cheapest Apartment in Conejo Valley

Los Feliz Park Apartments are the cheapest apartments in the Conejo Valley for sure. 26 units, a pool, not hot tub, and 2 community washers and dryers.

I give them 3 stars, mainly for the price. It's safe, and generally nothing exciting happens.

They're all one bedrooms, no balcony, and one parking spot covered) per unit.

Pros: Price, Location, Safety, Dishwasher, Clean

Cons: They raise rent every 6 months (about $50) and that adds up!, management, next to low-income housing so...
occasionally you get some car break-ins, management is so-so according to other residents
