Bad Management

Was looking at one of these apartments at St. Charles Oaks Apartments and the entire .appointment
was a awful experience. The assistant manager, his name is Comfort, he is one of the most rudest, unprofessional, ignorant managers we have dealt with, has terrible communication skills. We are not going to move forward with this property, with a assistant manager with that attitude, his rudeness is one of the rudest people we have run across and his lack of skills, We were also warned by... a resident that the apartments across the street are run by the same company and to not even bother going there either. The woman working there is not much better. Plus some other things that are going on, multiple people in units, the parking; people parking in assigned parking spots that are not their spot, cars driving in the parking blasting their stereos with mexican music, people urinating outside behind the car ports. Having good management is extremely important . This apartment.complex is off our list.

My lifestyle

Saint Charles apartments are located in a great spot, close to 2 malls, walking distance to movies,restaurants, on a hilltop and on fourth of july fireworks right there. Friendly staff, pool great rates and low security deposits, you can't go wrong here, and you can chose from studio,1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom designs, single floor or townhouse design. Tall trees surround the complex and give it a warm welcome. Lanette B Thousand Oaks, California
