Ok

I've never gotten an initalized call back from them . Everytime I've left messages, I have to call back, they have NEVER called me back. I was highly considering moving in and left a message almost two weeks ago now about starting the process. Since no one will call me back ever, I've decided to go elsewhere. During the tour, they were very helpful in answering questions but the customer service is definitely lacking unfortunately.

Extremely Easy Leasing Process, Excellent Property Managers

I moved to CA in the start of 2020 and was really excited when I found Wilbur Oaks. I was happy with the amenities, the spaciousness of the units, the well-maintained property, and the amazingly friendly and welcoming staff. When I decided to apply for a lease, I was particularly pleased to find that the leasing process was really easy and accessible. Terry and Beth, the property managers, were helpful, answered all of my questions quickly, and were a pleasure to work with. I was happy with this… speed at which my application for a rental was approved. The whole process was quick and painless which was a huge relief for me as I was moving across the country. I hope that future renters will look to Wilbur Oaks for a welcoming environment, lovely apartments, and amazing staff.

Wilbur Oaks Apartments is a gem

I live at Wilbur Oaks Apartments and I find it a very lovely community that is a great place to call “home.” The residents are friendly, my neighbors are great, the apartments are very spacious, maintenance is top-notch and the abundant trees and landscaping give it a warm and earthy feel. Wilbur Oaks is a gem and I would recommend it to my family and friends if they were moving to the area.
