The building is centrally located to easily get to the freeways with out the freeway noise and is close to Redondo, Hermosa and Manhattan Beach without the beach prices. The property has 1 car assigned parking with storage, gated access to the carport and secured access to enter the front of the building. The property has a pool, weight room, 2 bbq's...1 gas.. 1 charcoal. Laundry facility on site. Non smoking, no pets but will consider cats with additional security deposit.
