Community, Safe, Clean, Peaceful living

We've been living at Pinewood Apartments for the past 1 year and intend on staying for many more! The location is very convenient (close to the highway) yet not noisy, the neighbors are incredibly friendly and look after each other, the landscape is beautiful and something we enjoy walking around daily, feels safe, and the grounds and amenities are kept very clean. The #1 highlight is our management. Maribel and Eddie are exceptional - quick to respond, have great attention to detail, and it's… very obvious that they deeply care for our wellbeing and quality of life. They are the reasons we intend to stay for a long time!

It’s the closes thing to Home.

Having a Friendly Community combined with Great Management makes living here very Homie and Peaceful. Everything here is maintained properly. All request are promptly addressed and the management makes real effort to culture a family like closeness.

Great experience living atPinewood Apartments

The property is well-maintained, the amenities are great, especially the pool and the gym. The management team is always responsive and helpful. The community feels safe and friendly, and maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. Very convenient located close to a grocery store, gas stations and more. I also love how quiet and peaceful the neighborhood is. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live!

Best Oasis

This community is clean and fresh with no drama. The Manager Maribel and Eddie Maintenance always are on top of everything within our community. Fells like you are living in your own home.

Easy move-in process

Management was helpful. Simon was very accommodating, patient, and was able to help us with all of our requests. Ultimately, Simon made us feel comfortable and made our initial process of getting an apartment go very smoothly.
