I have lived in the complex for roughly 10 years. I've seen plenty of management come and go. I can honestly say that the current management is the worst we have had. They are thoughtless, careless, rude and heartless. Don't ever think that they genuinely care or they are there to help you, the manager will turn on you and lie to you to cover her own mistakes. It's disgusting. These "renovations" are sloppily done and aren't even good. They only made necessary upgrades on appliances because the... ones we had were heavily outdated. There is a cockroach problem, has been for years. Asbestos, mold, leaks in the roof and the pipes in the walls. The only one that was fixed was Asbestos but I wouldn't trust it based off how poorly done all the work has been. Any complaints you have will be flat out ignored as well as met with plenty of attitude.
DON'T MOVE HERE!!

Renovated
I've been in my 1bd apartment for a month now. The complex is renovating every apartment all the way down to the sheetrock. When completed the apartments have brand new everything ..... Floors, kitchen cupboards, appliances, brand new bathroom, fixtures, double pane windows, new heating unit & my air conditioner is so cold I'm under a blanket. The office staff were very helpful and communicated with me every step of my move-in process. Affordable, renovated, quite complex & roof over my head.... Perfect for me.

multi colored buildings
My apartment is two bedroom apt,not the greatest dwelling.I am grateful to have this place,I have the best neighbors that have turned into lifelong family We are very fortunate to have a very nice pool,could use new pool furniture.other than this it's normal living.I am slowly healing from a very severe femur fracture,disabled for last three years.Thank you for reading my apartment story.
