This place is a joke. You are paying for gated prices but the gates are always open. The dog park is always a muddy mess the 3 times we took our dogs they ended up with a stomach bug and severe diarrhea, which ended with over $1,000 in vet bills. There is dog poop all over the complex because people don't pick up after their dogs. There are homeless people that are constantly in the complex stealing from residents or helping themselves to the pool/hot tub. This is a smoke free complex but… anywhere you walk within the complex you smell cigarettes or weed. The parking is an absolute nightmare. Good luck if you have more then one car. Expect to park across the street at the bus station. During the summer months the basketball court gets used offten by people who do not live in the complex and they take up whatever parking is left if any. If you call security for any reason they take hours to actually respond. The people that work in the office never answer the phone even if they are sitting at the desk. You can hear everything that goes on between your neighbors including the stairwell. Management does little to nothing about noise complaints.
