The 500 square foot, split level unit includes a bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. The bedroom is almost 300 square feet, with a private entrance into the garden. Curtains are provided for light blocking and privacy. The bathroom and kitchen are up a flight of 11 stairs. The kitchen has a 2 burner induction stove. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. The unit is currently furnished, and can be rented either furnished or unfurnished.

Note that this is an in-law suite attached to the main house. You will have your own entry. The suite shares a wall with the main house. The house currently has 1 adult, 1 child, and 2 cats (one indoor, one outdoor). We are committed to creating an inclusive, queer-friendly house and are all committed to racial justice.
