Terrible new management

Terrible new management. Very loud place, people screaming at the pool area all the time. If you expect for deliveries forget it! The intercom is not working for 3 month! and the management is full of nonsense excuses.

OVERPRICED & LOUD

Impossible to live and rest here. The place is LOUD. People screaming day and night. Overpriced comparing the quality of the neighborhood.

Good find in the valley

We have been living here for about 5 years, and we absolutely love it. We are extremely sad to move, however we have to relocate due to work and school. My boyfriend and I are in our late 20's and we have an elementary aged child.

The exterior of the apartment is clean and updated. Onsite staff is very welcoming and they work hard to maintain the site. We are definitely going to miss summer BBQ days at the pool when we move!

We were initially referred to this place by a friend who was a… previous tenant, also moved due to relocation for work. Her recommendation was primarily based on Ivete's amazing hospitality etiquette and the safety of the property.

We were fortunate to have very friendly neighbors, which is hard to come by these days in this society.
In all the time we have lived here we have never had roaches or anything else for that matter, which I was warned of when we first decided to move to the valley. Besides the occasional gnat and spider that slipped in, we lived a pest free life. Haha

The interior is very modern and airy, which is easy to keep clean and pretty. It got warm at times during the summer but the wall AC was sufficient for those few months out of the year.

All in all, this place is a rare find in the valley. I don't think I've seen or been to anything that is comparable in price.
